Valley of the Kings
Imagine being transported back to the ancient time of the Pharaohs. Dining in the grandeur of a pharaonic Great Hall, hosted by the fascinating Queen Cleopatra, a legend in her own lifetime, and served by high priests from the temple dressed in traditional robes.
In the Valley of the Kings, you will be treated like royalty from the moment of your arrival. The Grand Ballroom, elegantly transformed for the evening into a magnificent Egyptian palace in the Kingdom of the Pharaohs with an imposing, engraved stone entrance gate, is decorated to maintain the mood of ancient times, with lighting effects setting the scene.
Guests will be tempted by the sumptuous display of Egyptian cuisine and, while enjoying the delicious food, eyes and imagination may also feast upon the oriental atmosphere of a folkloric show, followed by the tantalising and rhythmic movements of a belly dancer.

Desert Rose
For hundreds of years, the desert has been a mysterious and compelling place, and its people enigmatic and fascinating.
We invite you to join us for a memorable evening under the stars to experience the charms of the desert in the foothills of the Sinai Mountains. After a drive into the desert, as honoured guests of your Bedouin hosts, you will be welcomed on arrival with a traditional dish of tea. Seating will be on comfortable cushions and carpets in the shelter of a Bedouin tent, and guests will be served at low wooden tables by village dwellers dressed in robes of the region, the galabiya, while children will enchant you with their colourful handicrafts.
A delicious Bedouin feast will be served which will include mezzas and handmade bread with an array of authentic cuisine, kofta, a spit-roasted lamb, tagen and oriental rice. Indeed, a meal fit for Lawrence of Arabia himself.
A traditional belly dancer and a folkloric show will complete the evening's entertainment.

In the marketplace, different multicultural food stalls sell a variety of specialities, and you will be able to choose from a mouth-watering array of different dishes, eating at low wooden tables seated on cushions or at higher tables with chairs. Seductive, soothing scents and the rich aroma of oriental spices will assail your senses.
After dinner, experience a shisha, a waterpipe with delicately fruit-flavoured tobacco, a must for smokers who wish for a truly Egyptian experience!
For your entertainment, a tacht band will play oriental music, and dancers will delight the eye, all in the traditional Egyptian style and, later, a DJ with special lighting effects to take you late into the night.

Come to a party and meet Julius Caesar and his gladiators in their traditional tent where you will be entertained in true Roman style. Under the stars, you will enjoy a safe and exciting experience, guarded by Caesar's knights, and all guests will be offered a toga to wear (safety pins included) with an opportunity to win a prize for the best-looking costume.
Authentic decor, delicious Mediterranean cuisine from the spit or charcoal grill and simple rustic seating will help to make this a fantastic experience. Horses and riders will provide a dashing display, and a traditional Nubian show will be performed, followed by a DJ with exciting lighting effects to entertain you through the night.
